Procedure

1. Conduct a meeting between the board members and the community.
Discuss the community’s feedback / create projects to coordinate with the main radio station of the North Region / Choose the frequency.
2. Create a project proposal to request budget and support from different sources.
3. Investigate material and equipment prices and proceed to buy them.
4. Set up Transmitter/ Antennae / Equipments to build in the balcony of VOP. Height of transmitter is 30 meters.

5. Conduct a meeting between the board members, the community, the production team and VOP Staff.
6. Train on how to run radio programs/ technical skills.
7. Produce community radio programs.
8. Launch the radio programs on air / Improve strategies of producing radio programs on air.
9. Evaluate every month.
10. Make an appointment to meet with producers/ follow up team and discuss about the radio programs results.
